I purchased two matching pillows within two weeks one of the pillows separated at the seam creating a 3" whole. seller wanted me to send it back to her have her repair it and then send it back to me. I The tear was clearly do to poor workmanship on the sellers end and she refused to replace the pillow and then I would return the damaged one. I purchased two new pillows not repaired ones. Buyers beware terrible customer service.
